Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Alghaith Store to purchase your favorite products. We are happy to serve you. If you change your mind about any product you’ve purchased, don’t worry — at Alghaith Store, we strive to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

We have simplified the return and exchange process for your convenience through the following procedures:

1 – Return and Exchange Timeframe Policy

– Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2 – Return and Exchange Conditions

– This policy applies only if the product is in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition at the time of purchase.

– When returning a product, all accessories and gifts received with the product must also be returned in their original packaging.

– Products that have been opened and found to have a manufacturing defect may be exchanged for the same item, provided the customer returns the product to Alghaith Store with a technical report from the authorized service center within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

– In case of return or exchange, the customer must deliver the device to Alghaith Store while adhering to the above conditions.

3 – Return and Exchange Locations and Procedures

– The customer may return or exchange products at Alghaith Store free of charge, provided the conditions stated in Section 2 are met.

– The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the return or exchange process.

4 – Return Methods

– The customer has the option to either refund the purchase amount or exchange the product with another item, as per their preference.

– For refunds on purchases made via credit cards or bank checks, the amount will be returned to the customer’s bank account within fourteen (14) business days. The customer is responsible for following up with their bank regarding the payment process.

5 – Exceptions Not Covered by the Return and Exchange Policy

– Malfunctions and damages caused by misuse.

– Mismatch in the device’s serial number, original packaging, colors, or any appearance details compared to the product received during the purchase or as stated on the purchase invoice.

– All digital content included with the product such as DVDs, CDs, etc.

– All software and device drivers.

– Ink cartridges.

– All internet packages that have been previously activated with the products.

– All personal care devices and food/beverage preparation appliances.

6 – Privacy Notice

– Alghaith Store is not responsible for any loss of customer data during the return or exchange process.

– Alghaith Store is not responsible for any personal data or information stored on the customer’s device.

– The customer is fully responsible for transferring any personal data or settings to the new device if needed.

7 – Additional Terms and Conditions

– The customer has the right to return furniture purchases and get a full refund within 3 days from the order date.

– The customer must collect purchased items within a maximum of one month from the date of purchase.

– If the customer delays the pickup of a product, they may request a storage service from Alghaith Store for a fee of 10% of the total value of the stored products for each month of storage.

– If the customer delays pickup, Alghaith Store reserves the right to charge 10% of the total product value per month of delay, which will be collected in cash.

– If a product is returned due to a defect, manufacturing fault, damage during delivery, or incorrect item delivery, no additional shipping or bank transfer fees will be charged.

– In case of purchasing via “Qasstha with Tabby” and the order is canceled during the regular delivery period, the customer will bear a fee of 10% of the order value.
